Biography
A Saudi actor, writer, and visual artist, born in 1945, with roots in the city of Buraidah in Al-Qassim. His family belongs to the Jabour tribe of Bani Khalid. He was born into a well-off family, as his father was a merchant. He studied in the United States and participated in numerous TV series, including "Ekab," "Abu Al-Malyoon," "Ghashmasham," and "La'bat Kubar." He also contributed to writing the series "La'bat Al-Shaytan" and "Tash Ma Tash." He discovered many artists and directors, including director Najdat Anzour, actor Ayman Zidan, and actor Nasser Al-Qasabi. Mohammed Al-Towyan received the "Theater and Performing Arts" award from the National Cultural Awards Initiative in its fourth edition in 2024, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the artistic field. He was also honored at the opening of the Gulf Film Festival in its fourth edition in 2024, acknowledging his significant role in enriching the Saudi and Gulf cultural scene.
