Biography

Jim Phillips is Professor of Anthropology Emeritus at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has spent over five decades working as an archaeologist and anthropologist in the Nile valley and the Sinai region. Since 1995 he has worked as a curator at the world-famous Field Museum as curator of Egyptology and Anthropology.
