His breakthrough came with Ethir Neechal (2013) and Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam (2013), which established him as a leading figure in Tamil comedy and family entertainers. Over the years, he has taken on more diverse roles in films such as Remo (2016), Velaikkaran (2017), Doctor (2021), Maaveeran (2023) and Amaran (2024).
